Several years back I bought my first investment property, a condo in Forest Ridge on Amelia Island. I spent all my weekends refurbishing every nook and cranny while still working my full-time job as a teacher. I managed my condo as a vacation rental for about a year, but it was obvious after only a few months that I was hooked! So, I bought another vacation rental investment on the other end of the island. Word soon got out that I was managing a few rentals, and before I knew it, I had five. It was time to jump in with both feet and leave teaching behind to make this a full-time gig. Switching from being a teacher in Georgia and Florida for 20 years to owning my own business came with a fair number of bumps and long days, but managing a vacation rental business is a perfect fit and I haven’t regretted it for a minute.

We now have 90 rentals and growing. As my business grew so did my team, and I’m fortunate to have found exceptional people to work by my side. We all love what we do and hope it shows!
