Ketch Courtyard

Oceanfront Units with Ocean Views
With breathtaking views of the white sand beach and centrally located on South Fletcher, Ketch Courtyard is the perfect Amelia Island destination for couples and families. The Surf Restaurant is across the street and the perfect spot for a bite or a cold drink after a day at the beach. Enjoy the sunrise from the oceanfront living room balcony. A quick drive will take you to Historic downtown Fernandina, nature areas, and golf courses. Ketch Courtyard has a private, gated swimming pool (unheated). One parking space is provided for the two bedroom units; two spaces for three bedroom units.

The Pelicans

Small Oceanside Complex
The Pelicans is located at the beach on Amelia Island. You will have one designated parking space in the underground garage with an elevator or stairs that lead to your condo. The private pool is located oceanfront and close to the walkway that leads you to the beach. From this complex you’re just a quick drive to the Omni Spa and Shops, the Ritz-Carlton, six golf courses, historic sites that are scattered throughout the town, and downtown Fernandina with a variety of restaurants, shops, and bars.

Amelia by The Sea

Oceanfront Complex
Situated directly on the beach, this complex boasts two tennis courts, an oceanside pool and a ‘one of a kind’ private pier for guests to enjoy. Your balcony is a perfect spot to take in the views and salt air of the Atlantic Ocean while watching the sunrise and listening to the waves crash ashore. Centrally located on Fletcher, it’s an easy walk to the Surf Restaurant to enjoy music, dinner, or a cold beverage! Elevators, gated parking, and it’s location on the island make this a favorite spot for visitors.

Fernandina Shores

Walk to the Beach
Located on the quiet north end of Amelia Island, Fernandina Shores is convenient to Main Beach, where you will find a variety of activities: miniature golf, playground, skate park, basketball courts, and two beachfront restaurants. Just two blocks from the beach makes for easy access to the beautiful beaches of Amelia Island. The complex has a private gated swimming pool (unheated) and tennis courts for your use. Historic downtown Fernandina, where you’ll find a variety of shops and restaurants, is a quick drive or bike ride away. Fort Clinch State Park and the Greenway are located just around the corner and have great biking/walking trails among other things.

Ocean View Villas

Walk to Main Beach
Located on the North End of Amelia Island and just a short walk to Main Beach, Salt Life Food Shack, Putt-Putt of Fernandina Beach, and The Sandbar Kitchen. You’ll be assigned two gated, covered parking spots for your use while staying with us. Main Beach is Amelia Island’s most well-known beachfront park offering visitors two sand volleyball courts, a playground, several picnic shelters, restroom facilities, outdoor showers, beach accesses, a multipurpose court, a skate park and a large grassy area perfect for a game of catch or when you need a little break from the sand. Lifeguards are on duty from Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day. Also, The City of Fernandina Beach has a Mobi-Mat semi-permanently installed at the Main Beach boardwalk access ramp for wheelchairs, strollers, and walkers to maneuver on the beach sand.

Sea Castles

Walk to Beach
Conveniently located on South Fletcher across the street from the beach, Sea Castles is the perfect Amelia Island destination for couples and families. The Surf Restaurant is next door and the perfect spot for breakfast or a cold beverage after a day at the beach. Sea Castles is also within walking distance to a convenience store so you can easily stock-up on your beach snacks and drinks. Your complex is across the street from the beach and an easy drive to either downtown Fernandina Beach or the South End of the island where you’ll find one of our favorite grocery stores, Harris Teeter – with a Starbucks inside. When not at the beach, enjoy the complex’s pool (unheated).

7th Street Home

Surrounded by other historically preserved homes, you’ll love to wander down the many sidewalks as a self-guided walking tour.
