NOTE: There is a home being built on the property next door. Expect noise and activity; construction hours vary. We have discounted the rate accordingly and no additional discounts will be extended. Please keep this in mind when booking.
Oceanfront, pet friendly, and fully renovated—this three bedroom, two bathroom single family home is your private retreat on the sand. Enjoy direct beach access, a large oceanview balcony, and a backyard patio with a grill and fire pit.
The light, airy layout is perfect for relaxing or gathering together. The fully equipped kitchen opens to the dining and living areas, plus the back patio, making it easy to cook, unwind, and enjoy ocean views.
Upstairs, the loft style primary suite offers a king bed, tv, dresser, seating area, private balcony with ocean views, and an en suite bathroom with a freestanding soaking tub and walk-in shower. A full size washer and dryer are also located upstairs.
Downstairs, there’s a queen bedroom with tv and a twin bunk bedroom, plus a full hall bathroom with a shower-tub combo.
Step outside to a private path leading directly to the beach. Beach access does include a steep dune climb — a small effort that rewards you with sand, surf, and unforgettable oceanfront days..
Beach Access Note: Nassau County residents are allowed to drive on this section of the beach. Please use caution when entering the sand.

Orders placed after this cutoff cannot be guaranteed for next-day delivery, and same-day delivery is not available.
