Our family very much enjoyed our stay. The location to the pool, beach, restaurants, etc., was perfect. The condo was the right size for 4 adults, 1 child, and a baby. No one was bumping into each other. Thank you for maintaining it well.

A Wonderful Spring Break

We had a wonderful stay! The place was perfect for us, our teenage son, and our teenage daughter plus her best friend. All the beds were comfortable, the place was extremely clean, and decorated very cute. We enjoyed mornings on the patio with our coffee that overlooks the pool. Easy walk to the beach. We had never been to Amelia Island before and it was lovely! The downtown is so quaint and we went there every evening for dinner. Some favorites were: Arte, Salty Pelican, Mezcal, and the Boathouse. Wanted to go to The Patio but very long wait! We can’t wait to return! Also, great shopping downtown, too!

What a great beach house! The location is wonderful, with the pool right out the door, and the beach a short walk. Plenty of space for a family and the modern kitchen and open living room made for a warm place to hang out in the evenings. The house was super clean and it was easy to be socially distant at the house and beach. We will definitely be trying to come back!

We took a trip to visit our grandchildren. This condo was perfect location and accommodation for everyone to have somewhere to sleep. The condo was super clean. The condo was a short walk to the beach. This was perfect with kids. We all enjoyed the wagon from the condo to pull the chairs in. This condo came stocked with Everything you need for your stay. The only negative I would say is that the condo only has one TV located in the living room. But we did work it out. We would stay at this condo again.

My family thought this place was perfect for our vacation. Just past a Ritz Carlton, the landscaping is beautiful and the area seemed quiet. The beach is a short walk away from the condo, and there is a turtle sanctuary along the dunes before you get to the beach. Big, broad beach, soft sand, clean. The condo is perfect for a week stay - comfortable beds, streaming TV setup, nice kitchen, bathroom for every room, comfortable living area, and a balcony overlooking the pool. Just a great place, thank you!

We had the best time and it was due to the location of sailmaker to Centre St, restaurants and other areas for day trips but most of all to the beach. We had everything needed to enjoy our stay and the layout of the rooms and bathrooms were great for privacy.

Property manager was great to work with. We had a request prior to arriving and she took care of it for us. The unit was stocked with everything we needed for a great time. The community is quiet and family friendly with the pool close by and the beach a quick walk past the pool. Check in and check out is quick and easy. We hope to return in the future.

This property was in an ideal location near the pool and beach. It was on the quiet side of the island but close to everything. The communication before arriving was excellent. The restaurants suggested were wonderful! We had fun on the beach collecting shark teeth, watching dolphins, jumping in waves, swimming in the pool, playing games in the unit, exploring the shops and going to the farmers market. Everything about our condo was fantastic. It was clean, very comfortable and spacious enough for 6 adults. The location was a very short walk to the beach -- close enough to scramble inside quickly when thunderstorms developed. Any questions we had were very quickly answered. Wi-fi was fast and reliable. It was wonderful to be able to have a full kitchen as well as a washer and dryer. We love vacationing on Amelia Island and would not hesitate to stay here again.

We had an amazing weekend at Summersalt. It was perfect in every way. I couldn't get over how clean the place was upon arrival. The shadiness and seclusion of the complex were also great and relaxing. It was an added bonus to not have cars parked on the beach (if that bothers you). I can only describe our weekend as magical. Even though it was a January weekend, we had sunshine, gorgeous sunsets and sunrises, walks under a full moon, chilly excursions into the surf, photo opportunities at every turn. The condo was the perfect size for us and so beautifully appointed. It was the perfect place to settle in in the evenings with card games and movies, plenty of hot water for the five of us. Everything in the kitchen was supplied and we wanted for nothing (except a working wine opener) That was really my fault because I normally always bring mine from home. This rental has it all. Perfect location. Perfect amenities. We absolutely fell in love. This will be our new family vacation get-away. The rental was ready and waiting for us to arrive. Very clean. Very well kept. We didn't bring any beach chairs or a cart to haul our stuff to the beach and was very well surprised that everything was provided for us to use. We had a wonderful vacation! The place was perfect for our family of five (children ages 6, 4 and 1.5) The older kids stayed downstairs in the two twin beds and we brought the travel crib for the little one to be across the hall from us upstairs. We absolutely loved our stay at this rental! It was spotless upon arriving and immediately felt like our home away from home. It's a quick walk to the beach (no need to cross any streets!) - there's a wagon at the rental as well as a few beach chairs to haul things to and from. Beach wasn't crowded and we loved seeing the turtles, bunnies, etc. in the wild. Kitchen was stocked, beds were comfy, washer/dryer was much appreciated as well. Highly recommend!
