Relax in this serene ground floor villa just steps from the pool and minutes from the beach. With two spacious bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and all the comforts of home, it is the perfect retreat for families, couples, or friends traveling together.

The primary suite features a plush king bed, flat screen TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a walk in shower. The guest bedroom also offers a king bed and TV, giving everyone their own space to relax. The second bathroom is thoughtfully designed and includes a walk in shower for added convenience.

The open living area is bright and welcoming with plenty of seating, a dining table for four, and sliding doors leading to your private patio. Enjoy your morning coffee surrounded by lush landscaping or relax outside in the evening.

You will have everything you need including a full kitchen, in unit washer and dryer, and WiFi throughout. Since our family had not been together for over one year, this was the perfect place for our small family get together. The unit is located where it was quite, but only a few step away from the pool. The beach accessibility was very easy and close to the unit. We loved the new updated furniture and accessories. Summer Beach is located on the southern portion of Amelia Island but we enjoyed the drive to our place of stay and exploring all of the island. Would highly recommend this unit

Quiet property. Nice pool. Gated community. A little further from the actual beach than I anticipated. We are used to beach views but it suited our needs.

This condo was perfect in size, location, decor, and cleanliness. Our goodie bag and sweet note was so very welcoming. There was plenty of hand soap, dish soap and shower soap - not the cheap bars that you usually get. The beds and the couch were comfortable. My kids were most excited about the beds that could incline. Plenty of closet space too. We definitely want to come back.

Wonderful Mom's weekend in Amelia Island!

We three moms had a wonderful experience at this well apportioned condo. The beach chairs provided were in good shape and quality, kitchen offered every amenity and basic condiments. Fans provided in every room. Appreciated the pool as a place to cool off after a day at the beach. As seasoned travelers we were very happy and would stay here again. Contact with rental POC was easy, efficient and professional.

This was our first Amelia Island trip and we were there over the 4th of July. My family and I were very pleased with our 2-bedroom condo. We were poolside, but the walk to the beach was super easy and quick. Stacie communicated with us leading into our trip and throughout our stay. She was very helpful with all my questions. The location and accommodations were great! Loved being poolside and in the canopy of all the trees. Everything was perfect! The unit is spacious, clean and had everything we needed. Recommend renting a bike for your stay since there are wonderful bike paths right out your door. Be sure to go to Amelia State Park for sunset!

Wonderful location and beautifully decorated. It is exactly as it appears in the photos. Just a short walk to the beach, without having to cross streets. The kitchen in this condo is probably the most fully-stocked AirBnb kitchen we've ever stayed at. There was even a knife sharpener, which is so important because the knives in most AirBnb's are not sharp. Not here! The communication with Stacie was perfect and it was very easy to get check in and out.

I cannot say enough good things about our stay. Unfortunately our kids were sick and my youngest became VERY sick --- they were SO accomodating, offering us late checkout and just being amazing. For a crummy vacation due to illness, the airbnb was amazing and we hope to return in better health. The layout was great, the beds were very comfortable and the entire development was so peaceful with a gorgeous pool and beach!

Stay Better Vacations is so organized! They were very communicative on check-in/out with texts and responded very quickly to my questions. We appreciated the bike rental, dining options, and personal reviews from Stacy, Jamiee, and Pam. The condo was better than I expected, it was perfect. Very spacious, clean, and homey. We recently stayed at this condo. We enjoyed every aspect of our stay and will definitely return to this beautiful location. The condo was spacious and provided ample room for our family of 4. The condo was just a short 5 minute walk to the beach and directly next to the pool, which the kids loved. The surrounding areas were quiet and secluded by beautiful trees and well paved walking paths. The condo itself was recently updated (excluding the bathrooms) and provided everything we needed for our 5 day stay.
