This condo & property is wonderful for young families! Lots of wildlife to view! The turtles were our favorite! The room accommodated our famiky of 6 well. I wouldn't recommend for older adults as the pool & beach access may be difficult with quite a bit of walking and inclined surfaces. Our family enjoyed the surroundings, tge beds were comfortable and condo was clean

Our beach getaway was so nice. The weather was beautiful and the ocean was so pretty. Sailmaker 103 was exactly as described. We had an easy check in and check out, it was comfortable and relaxing. We hated to leave!

The ground floor unit we stayed in was perfect for us! Split bedroom floor plan was nice also. Master bath could use a little updating. the Jacuzzi tub could be hard for some people to step into. Decor was very nice and we loved the patio leading right out onto a grassy area. The gopher turtles kept us all amused! Was nice to have beach towels provided by the unit as well as a variety of beach toys. Also very convenient to have a hose at our patio to rinse the sand off before going in. Would definitely request this specific unit again!

We liked that our lodging was within sight of the ocean—it was so relaxing seated on our patio listening to the waves or taking our chairs to the beach and absorbing all the beauty that is there—pelicans, seabirds, gentle waves rolling into shore…our condo was very comfortable; nothing was lacking!

Our stay at Summer Beach Sailmaker was perfect. We appreciated the updated emails regarding check-in, check-out, gate codes and lock box code. We loved our accommodations, from the fully stocked kitchen to the comfortable beds. Moreover, the location and view was spectacular. We would highly recommend and look forward to staying at Summer Beach again.

Amazing spot, book now. Right on the water, beautiful beach, turtles live in the dunes, and the condo is perfect. One of the best equipped kitchens we've ever had at an Airbnb, made cooking so enjoyable. The location is also perfect, in between the state parks and the downtown area, so everything was convenient.

We drove 1200 miles from New York State to rent this property for a week. Everything was just as pictured. All of the furniture and furnishings were very nice and the beds were comfortable . The beach area was close by and the view from the condo was spectacular..Only wished we could have stayed longer!

Very comfortable and stylish condo. It had everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. The hosts gave us all the information we needed for our stay ahead of time which was very helpful. We highly recommend staying here. There was a good vibe there from the staff as well as other vacationers which was nice. We would definitely stay again!

This condo was great. I loved being on the ground floor , we got easy access to the beach but still felt safe and private the whole time. I could tell they had gone the extra mile to make the master bed comfy. We slept great. The kitchen was well stocked with all the dishes and tools we needed, and there were even spices available to use. We've previously stayed at the Omni resort and this felt very similar and even closer to Harris Teeter, which is a huge plus because they have a great hot bar.

This was a beautiful stay for our girls weekend with friends! The description of the place, location, and details of our stay surpassed expectations. The condo was clean, beautifully decorated, and had all the basic conveniences. The view was gorgeous and allowed for a great view of sunrise. The beautiful beach was a short walk down the boardwalk and was not crowded at all. Check in was easy and communication was amazing. Will definitely be back for another stay!

The condo was beautifully decorated and very well appointed. It had everything we could have wanted. Despite it being on the lower level, the views were fantastic. The weather was cool but we still managed to go to the beach twice and there is so much to do in Fernandina .We went on the historical tour with Daniel. It was very enjoyable and Daniel couldn't have been nicer or more knowledgeable.

Booked this on a whim at the end of Christmas break. I appreciated how clean this rental was. The sand dunes are some of the prettiest I have seen in Florida! really lovely. As a a bonus we were able to see the New Years Eve Fireworks at the Ritz Carlton from out patio. A great experience and the weather was fabulous. This kids were able to build sand castles and dip in the Atlantic. Beds were super comfortable. Book Now!

Our stay at the condo was perfect. It was beautifully decorated and clean. Everything we needed was provided. The beach access was convenient and the beach is very natural. Our grandkids loved it. The pool setting was very appealing. It was a quiet setting and we all enjoyed that. The drive into the historic downtown wasn't long and we found good restaurants and activities. We appreciated the nearby Harris Teeter grocery. We want to stay here again. Also the communication from the team was very helpful
